1. Information we process

FCSpotter may process account information such as your email address, authentication/session information, subscription status, trial usage and technical information required to operate the service.

2. Authentication and service infrastructure

We use Supabase for authentication and backend infrastructure. Authentication tokens may be stored locally by the browser extension so that your session can persist between uses.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. FCSpotter does not store full payment-card details. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.

4. Purpose

We use this information to provide account access, enforce trial and subscription access, operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues and support customers.

5. Retention

We retain account and service information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data. To make a request, contact us.
