Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your paid FCSpotter subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing problem, contact us and we will review the request. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

Technical problems

If a material technical issue prevents you from using the paid service, contact support with enough information for us to investigate the issue.
