1. Service

FCSpotter provides browser-based software tools for monitoring and managing transfer-market search sessions in FC Ultimate Team. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Trial and subscription

New accounts may receive a limited number of searches. Continued access after the trial may require a paid recurring subscription. The current price and billing interval are displayed before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You must use FCSpotter lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for complying with the rules, terms and restrictions of any third-party platform or game that you use alongside FCSpotter.

5. Third-party services

FCSpotter relies on third-party services, including Supabase and Stripe. Availability may therefore be affected by third-party systems outside our control.

6. No affiliation

FCSpotter is an independent third-party product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC and related marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep FCSpotter available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be suspended or changed for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons.
